Privacy policy

What we collect

• Account data: name, email, language, hashed password.
• Content you submit: messages, files you upload and files the agent creates in your workspace.
• Usage data: tokens, sandbox minutes and preview hours, needed to apply your plan limits.
• Billing data: handled by Stripe. We store the customer and subscription identifiers, never card numbers.

Why we collect it

To run the service, apply plan limits, send account emails (verification, password reset, payment problems) and support you.

Where it is stored

On a server operated by FordEntCol S.A.S.. Passwords are hashed with scrypt. Session tokens are stored hashed. Secrets are kept outside the application directory.

Sharing

Model requests are sent to the model provider to generate answers. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not sell personal data.

Retention and deletion

You can delete your account from the account page. Deletion removes your user record, workspaces, uploads, outputs and published sites.
