The service

Code Cloud AI provides an AI coding agent, a sandbox to run code, documentation search and previews. Plans are monthly subscriptions billed through Stripe in US dollars.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the sandbox to attack systems, mine cryptocurrency, send spam or process illegal content.
• Do not attempt to escape the sandbox, reach the host, or access another user's data.
• You are responsible for the code you ask for and for the licenses of the dependencies you install.

Limits

Each plan has model, sandbox, preview and disk limits. Reaching a limit pauses new work until the window resets or you upgrade.

Availability

The service is provided as is. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Cancellation

You can cancel from the billing portal. Access continues until the end of the paid period, then the plan reverts to no plan.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous three months.
